The purpose of The Small Gods Society is the discussion, exploration, teaching and learning of the art of The Poison Path.
The Poison Path is the work of all those who use toxic, psychoactive or adulterating chemicals and substances to alter the mind and body in the pursuit of spiritual enlightenment, the healing of mind body and soul, or the working of magical arts. Even if they are not taken internally.
While what you choose to do with the information found here is on your head alone, this board is not meant to cater to recreational users. Discussion of recreational use of mind altering substances will be frowned upon and may result in banning if it become disruptive to the goals of the board.
All aspects of the poison path are welcomed here, from the use of toxic herbs in charms, to the pursuit of divinity through altered states, to the psychonautic experience of the inner workings of the mind.
Let us go further along the path, and build on the works of those before us, as well as learning from their mistakes and in so doing become a better class of human being.
We walk in the footsteps of Timothy Leary, Carl Sagan, Aleister Crowley, Hippocrates, Alexander Fleming, Medea, and a host of other great minds. Let us do justice to their memories.
